Whether you're commuting, exploring, or just getting back on your bike, staying confident on the road is key. Cycling UK and Lime are hosting free cycling masterclasses, to help you feel safer and more confident when navigating the city by bike.

20 minute interactive workshop followed by a 15 minute guided ride.

After completing your training you'll be gifted free minutes to be used on Lime bikes.

A new city cycle training guide brought to you by Cycling UK and Lime | Cycling UK

The road bridge between Simpson and Walton will be closed for 10 weeks from 18th* August for the essential work.

The road will be fully closed to traffic and a diversion route will be clearly signed. Pedestrian and cyclist access will not be affected and the footpaths above and beneath the bridge will remain open. 

MKCC Cycling Team are putting on a couple of free, fun, and supportive cycling sessions for women in Milton Keynes this summer! Whether you're looking to learn to ride or build confidence, these sessions are open to all abilities.

The Open University is fully aware of the dangers associated with the storage of e-bikes and e-scooters. We will keep our procedures and precautions in place thereby reducing and preventing the dangers and risk of harm to the staff, students and public.

Monday and Tuesday 19th and 20th May for East Parking (highlighted in Green below - opposite the Security Lodge).

Thursday 22nd May for Berrill Visitors’ Car Park. (People who need to park in the accessible spaces will still be accommodated.)

Friday 23rd May for left and right-hand parking bays on the old road between East Parking and the Mace Car Park (access to both car parks will be unaffected).
