Welcome to The Open University, as well as supporting OU colleagues we also welcome external tenants who lease several of our buildings at Walton Hall Campus. We have gathered the following information to help support our external tenants.

The Estates Team

Our Estates Team will assume responsibility for general maintenance repairs including heating, lighting, trip hazards and defective furniture items. These can be reported to Liaison Line on either 01908 653286 or [email protected].

The Liaison Line team are available from 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Please note attendance and subsequent repair is subject to our general service level agreements. Associated timescales for completion will be advised once your request has been logged. Tasks that fall outside the normal repair scope will be subject to an additional charge to be agreed upon.

Berrill Reception is The OU's front of house for receiving visitors and helping staff, they also offer a taxi butler service which can call a taxi to campus by just a press of a button. This connects directly to Skyline taxis providing a reference number for your order and once a driver has accepted the ride you will be given an estimated time of arrival together with the vehicle details.

Berrill reception is open from 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
