Pay Gap Reports

Our pay gaps are an equality measure that show the difference in the average hourly earnings between men and women (gender pay gap), the difference between our White and Black, Asian and Minoritised Ethnic employees (ethnicity pay gap) and the difference between staff who have shared their disability status and those who have not (disability pay gap) across the whole organisation.

All companies with a workforce of more than 250 staff are legally required to publish data on their gender pay gap. We decided to publish our ethnicity pay gap from 2021, and from 2023 we started publishing our disability pay gap also. This is not mandatory, but publishing these results affords us greater transparency and is one further step to addressing the systemic issues that are impacting colleagues.

In our commitments to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) we are working towards closing our pay gaps through specific actions. More information is available in our latest report.
