The Open University’s Centre for Police Research and Learning (CPRL) project team, working with their partners at MOPAC and survey specialists IFF, launched their planned second survey to look at the state of Learning and Development across police forces and agencies in England and Wales on Monday 25th June 2019
The report has been produced as a result of visits to 15 police forces from the centre membership.
