The Centre for Policing Research and Learning Annual Conference - Learning from success, near miss and failure took place on 9-10 October 2019 at the Open University, Milton Keynes. The conference had an excellent line-up of authorative speakers and Powerpoint slide decks and AV clips are available.

The Open University’s Centre for Police Research and Learning (CPRL) project team, working with their partners at MOPAC and survey specialists IFF, launched their planned second survey to look at the state of Learning and Development across police forces and agencies in England and Wales on Monday 25th June 2019

The report has been produced as a result of visits to 15 police forces from the centre membership.

Peter Bloom and his project team unveiled their new virtual reality project ‘Virtual Inclusion: Tackling Hate and Extremism Using Virtual Technology’ at the Google Showcase in London at the end of January.
