International Women's Week

Four women around a table, in discussion

International Women’s Week (IWW) is marked in the first week of March, to celebrate women, their roles in society, and how far we have come in the fight for equal rights. We have worked with the Women@OU network to create this list, drawing on the themes of IWW. These resources have been chosen to help you deepen and extend your conversations. They can also help you to:

  • challenge systemic bias
  • explore the evolution of feminist movements
  • celebrate identity, resilience, and representation
  • reflect on the way women’s health and bodies have been historically overlooked.

Whether you are continuing your learning or just starting out, these resources offer powerful insights to inspire change and support gender equity.
