The musical works of a controversial pre-Reformation Scottish composer and priest are to be revived and made accessible to a wider audience, thanks to research by The Open University in Scotland.

A graduate of The Open University (OU), inspired by her Shakespearean studies to set up classes for budding young Bards, is delighted they are performing as part of celebrations this weekend to mark the writer’s 400-year legacy.

Tuesday 23 February saw The Open University take its #LovePartTime campaign to Holyrood to meet Members of the Scottish Parliament and raise awareness of the value of part-time higher education ahead of the Scottish Parliamentary election in May.
