Our Coast Online Lecture

Join us on 23 June for a free online lecture to hear from The Open University’s Academic Consultants Dr Vicky Johnson and Dr Marcus Badger, for the BBC2 series: Our Coast. We'll also be joined by activist Sian Sykes, who appeared on the Wales episode of Our Coast. The presenters will discuss the programme, including the often-complex interplay between plastics pollution and climate change. You'll also hear about how the sea level change is an unequal environmental challenge.

This online event is suitable for all, including students currently studying from home, especially those studying environmental sciences, geography, geology or social responsibility. It's also suitable for anyone interested in the preservation of our coasts, climate change, plastic pollution, sustainability and much more.
