Paul, a 47-year-old from Mallow, Cork, has proudly completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management with The Open University (OU), marking a significant milestone in his career.  As the Managing Director and Innovation Consultant of his own business, Paul decided to pursue his MBA during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021.

Phil, a Customer Service Engineer from Kildare, found himself at a pivotal moment in his career when he decided to pursue higher education once again. Having already completed a Diploma in Information Technology from The Open University (OU) and a Mechanical Engineering degree from another university, Phil returned to the OU to acquire a postgraduate qualification. Phil graduated with an OU MSC in Computing in October 2023 after studying all 6 modules over 36 months.

Karen from Limerick is a fulltime carer for her 97-year-old mother. Despite her demanding responsibilities, she found the determination to embark on a student journey with The Open University (OU). Karen graduated with an OU BSc in Psychology in October 2023.

"The ability to study online was a game-changer for me," Karen reflects. "I researched it online and also spoke to people who had studied with the OU."
