New electric bike battery lockers

After a trial of electric bike lockers with 3-pin plugs (please see below pictures) in Geoffrey Crowther Bike Store, Estates are currently working on installing 6 new electric bike lockers around Walton Hall Campus Bike Stores.

Anyone wishing to charge their e-bike batteries at the Walton Hall campus, please use these lockers as Electric bikes (bike batteries) cannot be charged in any OU buildings.

New electric bike battery lockers location:

• Venables Bike Store - Installed
• Wilson Bike Store - Installed
• Library Bike Store - Installed
• Berrill Bike Store - Coming Soon
• Stuart Hall Bike Store - Coming Soon

These lockers are for charging electric bike batteries only and not for any other storage. No bike lockers should be used for overnight storage. Bike lockers will be opened and contents removed and taken to lost property at the Security lodge, if they are still locked after 8pm.
