Business as usual!

In the time of COVID-19: it is business as usual for the Centre for Policing Research and Learning.  OU offices around the country are physically closed and the teams have moved to working wholly at home.  The way we work may have changed but we are still very much open for business.  People have turned to our free learning resources, and the University is responding with a range of expertise and materials to the health emergency in many localities.  In addition to OpenLearn’s free content on coronavirus, mental health and digital learning, there is free learning available online relevant to policing. 

We are here to assist our 20 policing partners in any way possible during this challenging time.  Do let us know if there are ways in which we can help members in responding to the current pressures of Covid-19 such as conducting rapid evidence reviews, help with data analysis, or linking members to one another to share practice.  Please direct any queries to oupc@open.ac.uk
