Advocacy in Libraries

Hands raised in the air at a protest

Libraries represent more than the sum of their parts. We have a powerful role to play that comes from the innate trust our patrons have in us. We must use this to influence change for good.

This has always been true, but in times of unrest and turmoil, it is even more important. Let us follow R. David Lankes rallying cry not to look away, and instead dig in and act.

Library staff have pulled together a range of resources to inspire, empower, and motivate us all.
