The School of Computing & Communications welcomed over 75 delegates to the inaugural Women in Computing Conference (online) on the 16 and 17 June. The WiCC23 conference team consisted of colleagues from C&C, Careers and Employability Services, KMi, the central EDI team and STEM Deanery.
The Technology and Education research group, led by Dr Karen Kear, have put together a set of resources and strategies for teaching online. While it's aimed at educatiors in other universities, the information should be useful for all educators, whatever the level of the student. The resouces cover online lectures, tutorials, assessment, and developing a student community.
