The Open University in Scotland is proud to sponsor 'A Play, A Pie and A Pint presents Leopards Ate my Face' at Dumfries and Galloway Arts Festival 2023

Derek has a new neighbour moving in next door but he doesn’t like the look of him. He could be a drug dealer. Maybe’s he got a pet snake. Can a drug dealer have a pet snake? Leopards Ate My Face is a new comedy by Grant O’Rourke about the dangers of letting your paranoia take the wheel.

A Play, A Pie and A Pint is the wildly successful lunchtime theatre experience based at Òran Mór, Glasgow and touring throughout Scotland and beyond. Leopards Ate my Face will be performed over five days in three locations across Dumfries and Galloway, co-presented with Dumfries Galloway Arts Festival.

Grant O’Rourke is an actor whose previous work for A Play, A Pie and A Pint includes I’m Dissolving My Love in a Bath of Acid, King Keich, Liz Lochhead’s Tartuffe and Jocky Wilson Said. Leopards Ate My Face marks his first play as a writer for PPP.

Jo Freer is making her directorial debut with Leopards Ate My Face. She has spent the last 21 years acting in productions throughout Scotland and has experienced PPP four times as a performer. She is beside herself to working on Grant’s brilliant show this spring season.
