The Open University in Scotland is delighted to support Murderous Media: Steph McGovern & Jeremy Vine at Bloody Scotland 2025 at Bloody Scotland 2025.
Two TV favourites have turned to crime with hugely enjoyable debut novels set in the tension-filled world of broadcast media. Entertainment and drama are guaranteed as we go live with two of the UK’s most popular presenters.
A live TV interview, a kidnapped family, and hijackers’ demands form the pulsating premise of Deadline as television presenter Steph McGovern brings insight and authenticity to an irresistible thriller. Murder on Line One is an elegantly intriguing small-town whodunnit from radio and television star Jeremy Vine. A late-night radio talk show host is drawn into investigating suspicious deaths befalling his ageing audience.
This event will be chaired by author Abir Mukherjee.
Tickets are £12 (£11 concession), available from the Bloody Scotland website. This event is also available to watch online for £6.
