Ideation Day with the Open Enterprise Network

Got an idea or just curious? Join The Open University in Scotland's Open Enterprise Network for a creative, hands-on day to explore, shape and test entrepreneurial ideas - no experience needed.

Join Liz Moody (OU Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Business and Law) and Ian Reid (business ecosystem expert) for a hands-on day of creativity, collaboration and fresh thinking. You’ll explore what makes a good idea, try out simple tools for shaping and testing your own, and work with others to unlock new possibilities.

This event is for Scotland-based Open University students, staff, and recent alumni (graduated within the last three years) looking to turn ideas into sustainable success. Whether you’ve got a business idea, a side project, or just an interest in solving real-world problems, this is a chance to turn a spark into something more. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to have a go.
