The Open University in Scotland and the OU Students Association invite OU students to join us for a blether via a video call.
A good blether can help us through a tough time, give us the confidence to overcome a hurdle or just put a smile on our face at the end of a long day.
At the start of this drop-in event we’ll hear wellbeing tips from OU public health expert Dr Jitka Vseteckova (pictured). Jitka’s talk from 19.00-19.15 will include hydration, nutrition, physical activity, cognitive and social stimulation. Jitka will also share gentle posture stretches/exercises to help with spending long hours at a computer.
You'll have the opportunity to put your questions to Jitka, as well as general questions to OU in Scotland staff and OU Students Association representatives.
Book your place by Tuesday 2 March via the online registration form for The Big Blether. (Event is for OU students only). Once registered, you will be provided with a link to the event which will be held via Microsoft Teams.
