Led by a fully qualified Pilates Instructor, the OU Pilates Club offers energising weekly group classes at St Michael’s Church on campus).
Whether you're a student balancing deadlines, a staff member seeking stress relief, or an academic looking to improve posture and mobility, our sessions are designed to support your body and mind.
Weekly Classes: Join us every Tuesday from 17:15 to 18:15 and Thursday 18:30 to 19:30 for dynamic, inclusive Pilates that builds strength, flexibility, and resilience.
Classes are suitable for anyone and at all levels - from complete beginners to seasoned movers.
