  • PLEASE read the terms and conditions BEFORE you book. By booking a place on an OUT trip you are agreeing to them!
  • We cannot accept visitors to our desks or personal emails or phone calls, whilst our line managers are supportive they won’t be if our paid employment is continually interrupted.
  • If you need to contact us please email OUTrips with the trip name in the subject area.
  • Bookings must be done via the Website so we have a record of your booking and have all the additional information we might need with your booking.
  • Email booking requests are not accepted.
  • Please NOTE we are NOT the OU Club – they cannot help you with your queries, so they will just direct you back to our website or email.

OUT is an affiliated club run by volunteers, spread around the OU and elsewhere and we all have paid employment, (which doesn’t involve OUT), hence we are running the club in our free time so please don’t expect immediate responses.
