OU Pilates Club

Welcome to the OU Pilates Club – Movement that empowers

Led by a fully qualified Pilates Instructor, the OU Pilates Club offers energising weekly group classes at St Michael’s Church on campus). 

Whether you're a student balancing deadlines, a staff member seeking stress relief, or an academic looking to improve posture and mobility, our sessions are designed to support your body and mind.

Weekly Classes: Join us every Tuesday from 17:15 to 18:15 for dynamic, inclusive Pilates that builds strength, flexibility, and resilience. 

Classes are suitable for all levels - from complete beginners to seasoned movers.
