Yoga Club

Yoga classes are for fitness and health. Practising Yoga improves strength and muscle tone, flexibility, balance, and overall health.

Yoga also brings a sense of well-being and vitality, through its effects on the body’s internal organs and systems, improving their functioning. Total relaxation is achieved through practice of the postures.

Mixed classes are provided by experienced teachers and cater for all levels of ability. Everyone is welcome.

Classes are taught by a qualified visiting teachers.
