You don't have to be an athlete or extreme fitness enthusiast to join us. Everyone starts somewhere. Our instructor will modify the moves to challenge and support ALL levels, from beginners to advanced, so you get an incredible workout, no matter where you're starting from.
Some examples of the types of classes offered are:
PiYo (sometimes with discs & pilates ball) - combines the best of Pilates and yoga for a dynamic workout that enhances flexibility, builds core stability, and tones your entire body. Using sliding discs and pilates balls, this class challenges your balance and engages your core, delivering a low-impact yet effective session. Perfect for improving strength, posture, and mind-body connection!
Pilates (sometimes with discs & pilates ball) - uses sliding discs and Pilates balls to elevate your workout, targeting deep core muscles for improved strength, balance, and stability. Perfect for enhancing posture and flexibility, this low-impact session challenges your body in new and effective ways.
Athletic pilates - combines traditional Pilates principles with dynamic, high-energy movements to build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance athletic performance. Focused on full-body conditioning, this class strengthens muscles, improves posture, and increases mobility, making it ideal for athletes and fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level.
Wall Pilates - based on pilates you may need weights and will require a clear wall.
Vinyasa flow – dynamic and fluid style of yoga where movement is linked with breath, creating a continuous flow of poses. This class enhances flexibility, builds strength, and promotes mindfulness through smooth transitions and creative sequences. Ideal for those looking to connect body and mind while improving overall fitness and well-being.
Kettlebells – this dynamic kettlebell class combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements to tone your entire body. Perfect for all fitness levels, the session focuses on building power, improving endurance, and enhancing coordination—all while torching calories. Get ready to swing, lift, and sweat!
LBT - a workout targeting your lower body and core. Designed for all fitness levels, this session focuses on toning and strengthening your thighs, glutes, and abs through a mix of cardio, resistance, and bodyweight exercises. Get ready to feel the burn, improve your fitness, and enjoy a workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more confident!
Upper body weight training - focuses on building strength and muscle in your upper body using dumbbells and other resistance equipment. Targeting your arms, shoulders, chest, and back, it helps improve posture, tone, and overall upper body strength. Perfect for those looking to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and achieve a balanced, sculpted physique.
HIIT - combines dynamic weightlifting with short bursts of intense effort for a powerful, calorie-burning workout. Build strength, boost endurance, and torch fat as you move through challenging intervals using dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance tools. Perfect for those wanting an efficient, full-body workout!
Pump - high-energy, weight-based workout that targets every major muscle group. Set to motivating music, this class combines squats, presses, lifts, and curls to build strength, tone your body, and improve endurance. Perfect for anyone looking to get lean, strong, and confident!
Core - workout that targets your abs, obliques, and lower back to build strength, stability, and balance. Through a mix of dynamic and isolated movements, you’ll improve posture, enhance athletic performance, and create a stronger, more supportive core. Perfect for all fitness levels!
Legs & Abs - this class will sculpt and tone those key areas. A low impact warm up and a range of different exercises each workout to keep the body guessing.
Cardio Kick - is a non-contact mixed martial arts class with a mix of punching and kicking combos. This class will shape and tone the entire body. A high impact class is a great calorie burner to help with weight loss.
Body Blitz - a full body workout using weights and bands, this is a mixed level class.
Stretch and Relaxation (available via the On Demand platform for members on monthly membership) - a class to wind down your week, stretch out those tight areas and possibly use a trigger point ball to help release the tension throughout the body and ends with a guided relaxation to ease you into your weekend.
