Belfast Open Day for STEM Access and Level One students

We’re delighted to be hosting an Open Day in Stranmillis College, Belfast on Sat Nov 4th from 10 am to 4 pm for Access and Level 1 students studying Science Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) modules.

This is a great opportunity to meet other OU STEM students, explore course choices and maybe career opportunities and learn more about the exciting work we do in the STEM faculty and across the wider university. If you haven’t managed to register, please feel free to just come along for part or all of the day.

Join us for a range of course ‘taster’ sessions, talks and workshops. Academic and support staff will also be available on the day to answer questions and provide one-to-one support and advice. If you are coming for the whole event, there is a small café on site and some nearby food outlets, but we recommend that you bring your own lunch and use the opportunity to mingle with other students. We will be providing a space for students to sit around and share experiences. A full programme for the day is available above. Here’s a brief description of what will be on offer on the day.
