Call for peer reviewers

The Widening Participation and Lifelong Learning journal is seeking to broaden its reviewer group. The journal (published three-four times per year) receives a significant number of articles which go out for ‘blind review’ to at least two reviewers, who complete a pro-forma with recommendations for authors aimed at enhancing submissions ahead of potential publication. Reviewers are encouraged to offer developmental advice to support newer researchers.

The Managing Editor invites anyone interested in widening access and participation to higher education and/or post-compulsory and adult education to apply. Please email a brief (one page) letter indicating interest and any experience by 31 December to the WPLL Journal email wpll-journal@open.ac.uk.

Reviewers should expect to receive no more than two requests per year. Full support in the processes and decision-making will be provided on appointment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to this well-respected, international journal.
