OU validated awards - duplicate certificates

This page is for students who have an Open University (OU) validated award only (i.e. students who studied at a partner institution).

Please DO NOT apply on this website if you studied directly with the OU. Click here for more information.

If you have an OU validated award and require a duplicate certificate, you can apply below. The fee for this service is £60 and the usual turnaround time is 10-15 working days.

Please make sure that you read the following before making an application:

We can also verify an award by letter or email (for the same fee). Our default service is to produce a duplicate certificate, so please see our FAQ for details of how to apply for a letter or email of verification.

For UK addresses, certificates will be sent via First Class post. For anywhere else, they will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed service (full tracking not always available, depending on destination country).

If you would like a PDF copy (in addition to the hard copy), please type '(PDF)' after your name on the application form.
