Roc Soc/Graduate School Burns Night

Sent on behalf of Roc Soc and the Graduate School:

Hi all!

RocSoc and the Grad School would like to invite you all to a Burns Night meal and Celidh on Friday 31 January 2025!

This will be a night of traditional Scottish food and poetry, rounded off with a Ceilidh, supported by a live band and an experienced caller (no previous ceilidh experience necessary!).

The event will be held on campus, in the Hub Theatre, starting at 17:00. We're asking for £10 per postgraduate student and £15 per OU Staff/guest. There will be a sit-down meal of haggis, neeps and tatties (plus vegan/veggie options) and a cash bar.

You can buy your tickets and let us know of any dietary requirements through this Tickets for the Roc Soc/Graduate School Burns Night event on 31 January 2025 Form (closes 16 January 2025).

Please do come along for a night of Scottish culture and dancing. We hope to see lots of you there!

Adam from Roc Soc
