PGRs – share your research with the Library!

This June, we’re opening up one of the Library’s Staff Development Hour sessions to postgraduate researchers to celebrate the fantastic research happening across our PGR community.

Our Staff Development Hours are informal, friendly sessions where library colleagues come together to hear from one another, share ideas, and learn something new. You’ll be presenting to a supportive audience of staff from across the Library who are interested in hearing about your research.

We’re inviting you to share your work through short, lightning-style presentations (around 5–10 minutes each) in an informal online session (via Teams). Whether you’re at an early stage or further along, it’s a great opportunity to talk about your ideas, work in progress, or findings.

To help us find the best date, please complete our short Teams form and select all the June dates you’d be available. We’re aiming for around 6 presenters and will choose the date that works for the most people. If your availability doesn’t align this time, we’ll keep your details on file for future sessions.

We hope you’ll take this opportunity to showcase your research with us. The session will also be recorded and shared afterwards, so colleagues who are unable to attend live can catch up.
