Dear International PGRs,

I would like to invite you to a special Town Hall meeting dedicated to answering your questions and hearing feedback about your PGR experience. This will take place on 11:30–12:30, Wednesday 29 November 2023. Please complete this form to signal if you plan to attend, and whether online or in-person, and we’ll send you an Outlook invitation.

The meeting will be chaired by the Pro Vice Chancellor Research Kevin Shakesheff and me. The inspiration to hold this special Town Hall was the number of Student Route and associated queries we heard during our last general Town Hall on 7 June, which suggested that more time was needed to fully explore these issues. We would very much appreciate questions in advance so that we can investigate our answers thoroughly and make sure the right people answer them; please send anything you wish to discuss to [email protected] or via a member of the PGR Liaison Group if you wish to remain anonymous.

I do hope to see you at this meeting. By happy coincidence, the meeting will finish just before the annual Bake Your Research Competition, so those of us on campus will be able to enjoy some socialising and refreshment afterwards.
