Library Research Support training programme for 2024/25

The Library Research Support training programme for 2024/25 is now available and includes sessions on all aspects of research data management and an introduction to open access publishing. A new session has been added this year on ‘How the Library can support you through your research degree’ and we are continuing to offer the session on ‘How the Library can support your research’. These sessions are open to PGRs and staff. Here's what previous session attendees had to say:

“Brilliant presentation accompanied by brilliant embedded video clips and polls. Really useful content with lots that can be actioned from the recording and the slides.”

“This is the second time I have attended this session (I like to try and keep on top of this!) and it gets better every time - I can see how you have added bits that came up in the last session. Or maybe I missed them the first time round, but really well done and very grateful.”

“Everything was very clear. The speaker was very close and people were not scared to ask. I thought I knew a lot about ORCID but I learned new things. ORCID can be a tedious topic itself (it is what it is!) but the session was not boring at all.”

Full details of each session and booking information can be found on the Library Research Support website training page.
