Geraint (Taff) Morgan and Simon Sheridan were at the Science Museum, London for Science Lates this week, which focussed on the Apollo landings. They took along their instruments that are used to sniff out gases and determine chemical signatures, the same instruments they plan to use in space. They also displayed the LUVMI VAR (set to explore polar regions of the moon) rover experience, something that was very popular with children at The Royal Society Summer Science Exhibition at the start of July, and which proved just as popular with the adults at Science Lates (the image shows the line of people waiting to take part).
