Italian Dolomites & Lake Garda

Join us for 6 days and 5 nights in the beautiful and spectacular Trentino/South Tyrol region in northern Italy.

Situated close to the Austrian and Swiss borders, the region has a mixture of cultures, traditions and architecture. It is famous for the Dolomite mountains, beautiful, crystal clear lakes and winter sports.

We'll be staying at the family run Hotel Paganella in the village of Fai Della Paganella.

• Local coach & tour manager or local guide whilst in Italy
• 5 nights Half board accomodation:
  • 4 course dinner each evening (please note: 4th dinner course is a salad buffet)
  • Arrival night: 4 course served set menu
  • Nights 2,3 & 4: 4 course served dinner with a choice of starter & main & a fixed dessert. Choice made at dinner night before
  • Last night: 4 course farewell candlelit Trentino dinner with music
• Porterage on arrival & departure [coach-room-coach]
• Welcome glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic drink
• Unlimited wine & water with dinner Tea/coffee after dinner
• Free bar each night, from 18:00 - 22:30 on beer, wine, soft drinks & national spirits
• Quiz/games on one night
• Grolla evening in the bar on one night
• Wine tasting evening in the restaurant before dinner one night
• Cold buffet breakfast each morning

Itinerary (may be subject to change)

• Day 1: Fly to Italy. En-route to hotel, flight time permitting, stop at Lake Garda (Lazise) for approx. one hour.
• Day 2: Merano & Caldaro wine route with vineyard tour and wine tasting followed by visit to Lake Caldaro.
• Day 3: A scenic walk, with spectacular views, conducted by Fausto, the hotel owner, followed by a picnic in a local park. The afternoon will be either free time until dinner or a half day trip to Bolzano.
• Day 4: Scenic drive through the Dolomites, including cable car up to Passo Pordoi.
• Day 5: Lake Garda, including a boat trip from Limone to Riva.
• Day 6: Travelling home with time in Verona if flight times allow.

• If we get 30 people - £1195
• If we get 35 people - £1150
• If we get 40 people - £1115

Single Supplement - £100 (may be subject to increase if more single occupancy rooms are needed)

Dates and Times

Departure/arrival times for the journeys to and from Italy will be announced once we know flight times.

Timings for excursions to be decided at a later date.
