I joined the project because I was passionate about using legal knowledge to make a real-world impact.  The Right2Repair Assistant chatbot was my way of doing that, helping tenants in social housing understand their rights around disrepair and take practical action.

What stood out most was the challenge of simplifying complex legislation into clear, structured advice.  It wasn’t just about legal knowledge; it was about empathy, clarity, and anticipating the users needs.  The project gave me hands on experience in legal design, and I found it satisfying knowing that what I created could potentially support someone to take their first step toward resolving a problem they might otherwise feel powerless to address.
