The Open University is marking international Refugee Week 2018 (18-24 June) with a range of free events in Milton Keynes and London.

A free online course has launched to support the transformation of education in Africa. Making Teacher Education Relevant for 21st Century Africa is for anyone who works with, or trains, teachers in Africa and is available to study free and online through Futurelearn.

Who Are We? is a free event taking place 22-27 May at Tate Exchange, exploring the issues facing migrants and refugees in the UK. Organised by The Open University and Counterpoint Arts.

Applications are inivited for five Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships to study the OU's Masters in Online and Distance Education (MAODE).
